Due to the nature of our luxury fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we accept returns only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original intact packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund following our investigation.
